The contract period is 12 months and is automatically extended by a further 12 months. The notice period is only 3 months. The start of the contract is flexible.

Users are generally people from the HR department who create and manage employment references. Involved managers and employees are not considered users and are not licensed. Additional users can be booked for €50 p.a.

The protection of our customers' personal data is a top priority for us. We therefore implement comprehensive protective measures. All data is processed exclusively in Germany and is always transmitted and stored in encrypted form. We will be happy to provide you with detailed information about the security measures we have taken. Of course, we will conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) with you as soon as you decide to use our certificate generator in your organization.
