Thanks to our interface to HiBob, your employees' master data is available to you at all times for creating certificates: Personnel number, first name, surname, e-mail address (employee), profile picture, full-time/part-time, job title of current position, location and department All fields are optional, so you only have to enable the fields you need.

Direct use of master data
If you want to create a new certificate and don't want to go through the employee overview, you can simply enter the employee's name or personnel number and immediately receive suitable suggestions.
Employee master data is used intuitively in the process without you having to worry about personnel files, master data import, etc. master data import etc.
