Everything at a glance
Thanks to our interface to Workday, your employees' master data is available to you at all times for creating certificates:
Name, date of birth, job title, date of joining and leaving the company, personnel number, department, place of employment, e-mail address, e-mail address of supervisor and address.
All fields are optional, so you only have to enable the fields you need.

Start new references directly from the employee overview or see all references created for one of your employees at a glance.

Synchronization and thus management of your employees' data in the certificate generator is optional.
Direct use of master data
If you want to create a new certificate and do not want to go through the employee overview, you can simply enter the employee's name or personnel number and you will receive suitable suggestions.
Employee master data is pulled directly from Workday, so you don't have to worry about importing or synchronizing it.

Setting up Workday in our certificate generator is child's play!
To do this, you can simply enter your user name, password, tenant and domain.
The employees are Synchronized twice a day, can also be synchronized manually at any time.
